Third Eye Family Solutions Response to Covid-19

Third Eye Family Solutions is committed to supporting our clients as we face this uncertain time together. Our physical office has re-opened, however for those who are more comfortable meeting with us from home we are still providing coaching and counseling sessions online via Zoom, which is a HIPPA compliant platform for TeleHealth. If you choose an online session, we will send you a link before your appointment. Please be sure to check your email and have the zoom app downloaded. It can be used on any computer, tablet, or phone.

If You are Attending your Sessions in Person, Please Note the Following:

-If you or someone in your household has been sick within the last week with a cough, fever, body aches, or other Covid symptoms, please reschedule your appointment or switch to an online session.

-Our offices are designed for social distancing. For this reason, we are not requiring masks during appointments, although we are happy to use them at your request. If you are sharing the waiting area with other clients, please sit on opposite sides of the room.

-Hand Sanitizer is located in the waiting area and our individual offices. Feel free to use it! The water fountain in the hallway is no longer operating, but our water cooler is operational.

-The building maintenance crew is doing an exceptional job of cleaning and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces. However, we are unable to guarantee full safety, so please note that you are entering a public space at your own risk.

We know that now more than ever life can be overwhelming and we want you to know that you are not alone. We are here for you and we are doing everything we can to keep ourselves and our families healthy and safe. 

We hope that at this time you are also doing everything you can to be healthy and safe. We encourage you to follow the CDC guidelines and to adhere to the community needs including staying at home unless it is essential, washing your hands often, getting good rest, drinking lots of water, getting in regular exercise (even a 15-minute walk makes a difference!) and taking care of your other physical, emotional and spiritual needs.    

We will continue to provide free consultations for those who are not current clients who are interested in getting coaching or counseling from Third Eye Family Solutions.
