Third Eye Family Solutions a group of therapists, coaches, and clinicians who are committed to people living the best lives they can. We help families and individuals age 4 and older to heal and live their best lives.

Vision & Mission of Our Coaching & Counseling Clinic

Third Eye Family Solutions is focused on bringing new perspectives and support to those who are tired of facing their challenges alone. People deserve to see what is possible in life and to have support in having their dreams being their reality. Through our approach individuals, families, and communities will see what is possible. They will have the space to heal, dream, and to achieve. They will have help along the way. Everybody deserves to be on the path of having life be the way they want it, and they never have to face the ups and downs alone.

Through the tools, resources, and services we provide at Third Eye Family Solutions, we seek to increase the understanding of what it means to be a loving and healthy family, to be a community, and to be an individual in these communities. As we help our clients, we are supporting and establishing healthy new perspectives and lasting changes to our environment and the way we care for each other here in Utah.

Coaching & Solutions For Lasting Results

At Third Eye Family Solutions, we have a large circle of knowledge, techniques, tools, and approaches to empower our clients to trust their intuition and to see clearly what is happening in their life that is not working. Through our coaching programs and counseling, we work with individuals, families, children and youth, to get to the core of the challenges to find a solution that brings a lasting change.

We Focus on Shifting Group Mindsets, Not Just an Individual’s

Third Eye Family Solutions is focused on providing opportunities for people to thrive. So many people struggle needlessly, and if they had an opportunity to get clarity and support they wouldn’t have to deal with the struggles they currently put up with. In our programs, we focus on shifting individual, group and community mindsets to have the best outcomes for all seeking support and improvement in their life. This shift in mindset results in having better relationships, healthier environments, and empowers individuals and families.

Jaime Bringhurst, CSW

Healing is a gift that will continue to ripple throughout your life and the lives of those you impact—for generations to come! While I believe that healing is not a one-size-fits-all, I strongly believe that healing is possible for everyone.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for adults, adolescents, and children to explore their diverse identities while moving and healing through past traumas. I approach all clients through a multi-cultural, gender-sensitive lens while also acknowledging the impact that systemic oppression has on an Individual’s mental health and well-being.

My clinical passions include working through complex trauma, body image work, identity exploration, self-love, and attachment healing– all through a client-centered approach.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also enjoy incorporating parts work (IFS) where appropriate.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah, with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Human Development.

Hi, I’m Elle – a child and family therapist who specializes in treating trauma, building secure attachments, processing adoption complexities, navigating family conflict, and managing everyday stressors.

Our world is complicated, and it makes sense that your child and family might need a helping hand. Together we will learn skills and process feelings as a way to manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other behavioral and mental health concerns.

Whether working with children, families, co-parents, or adults affected by childhood trauma, my goal is to create a safe space for healing, growth, and positive change. I have certifications in PCIT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and DBT.

When I’m not at work you can find me spending time with my partner and our two young children, planting flowers, practicing yoga, or skiing.

Our Core Values

It is important that you know who we are and what we value here at Third Eye Family Solutions. These are our core values and they are vital to who we are as coaches, counselors, and human beings.

N

We Are Family & We are a Team

Our focus is on helping families to discover new ways to work together to bring happiness and workability. We work with your family and you work with our family (team) to make the changes you need to have it work.

We coach or counsel all sorts of families including blended families, LGBTQ kids or parents, mixed-faith traditions, single parents,  polyamorous, and more. However you define family for you, we are here to support you and your loved ones.

N

Honesty & Transparency

We believe that having transparency empowers our clients to build a trusting relationship with us. Honesty and transparency are vital for any relationship to be powerful, loving, and healthy. We are honest and upfront about our pricing and about how our process works with each individual.

Be it clients, our teammates, or potential partners, our goal is to always have honesty and transparency. We actively seek out and provide honest feedback which is the source for having our environment be a place that is built upon trust and love.

N

Balance & Quality of Life

As we focus on empowering our clients to have a life of their dreams, we ourselves are committed to having and living the life of our dreams. Our business will function and focus on having life work in all the areas we need it to, including taking care of our wellbeing so we can provide quality care for our clients.

We will also create balance in our environment to help our team be aligned and connected so that we can function as a whole and not just as individuals.

N

All Voices are Equally Heard

We believe that each and every person deserves a right to be heard, a right to contribute and a right to have a say. This means we focus on listening as much as we focus on talking. Full communication empowers our team, our clients, individuals, families, and communities to be supported and to have the space they need to communicate.

N

Being & Having Fun

The amount and heaviness of the challenges we face every day get old really fast. We are committed that facing these challenges doesn’t have to be a burden, rather it will be fun, exciting, and we will celebrate each step in the journey.

Our space will always provide a variety of places, tools, and activities that bring fun, excitement, and connection which fulfills being and having fun.

N

Be Empowered

Ultimately, we want everyone we work with to be empowered. Empowered to see that having and living a life of your dreams is possible. Being empowered means that even in the face of challenges our clients are willing to take on something new, to try something new, to remember what they are committed to.

Being empowered means that when Third Eye Family Solutions faces challenges, we remember what we are committed to as a team. We are not stuck or stopped in finding, having, or providing solutions to our clients, our team and to our communities. When our clients reach their goals and reach the level of growth and healing they desire, we will know we are fulfilling our commitment.
